Reinventing The Body

Solstice Massage Therapy aims to thoughtfully address postural concerns, long-term aches and pains, and chronic conditions, helping clients experience lasting relief and improved comfort well beyond their session.

Rescuing The Mind

The Solstice reflects the balance essential to physical healing, recognizing that the body requires both movement and rest to maintain health. Clients are invited to experience a session that supports recovery while allowing the mind to fully relax.

Restoring The Soul

It is remarkable to see how individuals reconnect with themselves when they are free from pain. The body is designed to feel well, and at Solstice, we are committed to supporting that natural state through thoughtful, attentive care.

Most people think they have to choose between a massage that "works" and a massage that feels good. I’m here to tell you that your body actually heals better when it isn’t bracing for impact. At Solstice, we combine clinical precision with a heavy dose of calm.

Hi, I’m Cheyenne

I’ve been practicing massage therapy since 2017, starting my journey at the Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins. Over the last decade, I’ve worked everywhere from high-end spas to clinical offices, and I quickly realized something important: the best results don’t come from choosing between 'deep tissue' or 'relaxation.' They come from blending them.

My approach is rooted in the belief that your body won't let you solve a postural issue if it doesn't feel safe first. By focusing on nervous system regulation, I’m able to get to the root of chronic tension without your body fighting back. I work with you, not on you, in order to see the most profound and immediate change.

When I’m not in the studio or nerding out over anatomy, I’m likely deep-diving into one of my many hobbies. On those rare occasions when I’m actually sitting still, you’ll find me relaxing at home with my husband and our cats.
