During a session with me, clients can expect an open-minded and collaborative approach to bodywork. I utilize a range of movements, modalities, and specialized tools to release areas of tension and address postural imbalances. Sessions are interactive, the client working with me to support effective and lasting results. My goal is to help clients experience reduced pain in a shorter amount of time, with results that continue for weeks beyond the session.
Solstice Massage Therapy strives to find the balance between tension and release, light and dark, effort and rest. Each session is designed to help your body return to its natural rhythm. Whether you’re carrying stress, pain, or simply need space to reset, your treatment is intuitive, intentional, and grounded in care.
All massage services use either Pure Pro hypo-allergenic lotion or 100% fractionated coconut oil, and complimentary arnica or CBD cream is offered upon request.

Massage therapy is the manipulation of the body’s soft tissue, including muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments for the purpose of relaxation, pain relief, stress reduction, injury recovery, and enhancing overall wellness. Solstice offers a flat rate for all basic services, meaning there is no upcharge for therapeutic work. This is because the very foundation of Solstice as a concept for a massage business is inspired by the duality of relaxation and therapeutic work. Your service provider will work hard to create the perfect balance of both in every session.

Massage Therapy
The Radiant - 30
30 minute massage used to address severe tension, primarily directed to a specific area of the body where the client wishes to spend the majority of the session.
The Celestial - 60
A full, uninterrupted 60-minute session, customized to meet individual needs, whether they are seeking relaxation, therapeutic relief, or a combination of both.
The perfect 90 minute massage - a personal favorite of ours - is a personalized blend of both therapeutic and relaxation modalities. Designed to embody the solstice’s themes of renewal and deep alignment.
The Solstice Renewal - 90
120 minutes of pure bliss! This true two-hour session encompasses the restful nature of the Winter Solstice. Completed with a complimentary menthol CBD addition
The Longest Night - 120
Restore Balance. Realign Your Body.
Add-Ons
15-Minute Face & Scalp
Just a dedicated, 15 minute face and scalp massage. Mostly intended for relaxation, it is a wonderful addition to the session to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
Hot Stone Add-On
This add-on uses a blend of natural basalt stones and the HEAT-WAVE Synergy Stone to give you the best of both worlds. Relaxing warmth, plus tension relief, added onto any session.
30-Minute TMJ Focus
This intensive 30 minute TMJ focus is intended for folks who are looking for relief. This add-on is purely therapeutic and aims to use Neuromuscular and Myofascial techniques to release jaw tension.
15-Minute Sole Focus
15 minutes devoted solely to the feet. This add-on will have you walking out of your session feeling lighter. CBD or arnica cream included.
