Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a full session charge.

Arriving late may shorten your session time while full payment remains due.

In the event of sickness:

Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your

appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour

notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.

Drugs and Alcohol/Intoxication Clause

Massage services will not be conducted if client is visibly under the influence of illicit drugs and/or alcohol. This is because the service can become unsafe for the client and the therapist. Massage therapy may involve physical touch and pressure. By booking, you voluntarily assume any associated risks.

We may discontinue a session if we believe massage is unsafe or inappropriate.

6. Professional Boundaries

All Massage Therapy services are strictly therapeutic and serve the purpose of stress reduction and/or muscle tension relief. Any sexually illicit or suggestive remarks or behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session. The client understands that if they make any inappropriate comments or advances, the therapist has the right to stop the session immediately, and the client will be responsible for full payment of the scheduled time. The client understands that no future appointments will be allowed.

Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or requests will result in:

  • Immediate termination of the session

  • Full payment due

  • Refusal of future service

Professional Conduct and Draping

The client understands that the therapist will use proper, professional draping techniques (full sheet draping) to protect their modesty at all times. Only the area being worked on will be undraped.
